Project Number 2: Tiling the Back splash!

Okay, Part 2 was tiling the back splash! It look SOOOO good, we are so happy with it.

Kyle was the "master-cutter" using dads saw on our back deck:

Mom put in all the mortar for us:

I put in all the normal tile with our spacers, following our pattern:
(it's hard to see but in the middle we did lighter tiles every other spot)

And dad's job was to measure all the "custom-cut" pieces to fit perfectly.
(by far the hardest job!)

The dogs held down the couch :) ha

And this was the final outcome of tiling!
