Chris and Kathleen are ENGAGED!!

Just thought I would share the WONDERFUL news! Kyle's best friend, Chris, just proposed to Kathleen last night! Kyle and Chris met atASU their freshman year and roomed with each other for the next 3 years. They have remained very close since graduating, and it's been a blessing having Chris only a couple miles away from us here in GA!
For the past couple weeks, Chris has been building Kathleen a BEAUTIFUL desk as a surprise. He built a little hidden spot in the desk, that fit the ring perfectly. Last night he went over to her townhouse and set the desk all up, showed her the desk, proposed, then showed her the ring! Kathleen can read Chris so well that she knew something was going to happen by the way he was smiling haha!
They came by our house afterwards to show us the ring and visit. Chris actually used his great grandmother's diamond as the center stone for the ring, which I think is so special. There are little diamonds surrounding the center stone, two side stones, and then more diamonds around the entire band! It is absolutely gorgeous, and sparkles so much!
We are so thrilled for both of them and can't wait for the wedding festivities to begin! Their wedding date is June 7th, 2008 (06-07-08.. neat right!) Congrats guys!
