To be honest our anniversary completely snuck up on both of us as this time of the year is always so crazy and chaotic! I had an appointment with my endocrinologist earlier that day so afterwards Kyle, Emery and I headed to one of our favorite diners uptown and had lunch & milkshakes to celebrate.
