Pre-Thanksgiving Festivities in Boone

Emery and I headed up to Boone on the Monday before Thanksgiving, to spend a couple days with my family before the Holiday came.  Nick and Kyle were the last ones to get there on Wednesday night, and then we had Thursday and Friday all together. We had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful weather, watching all the cousins play together, having campfires, and relaxing at the cabin.  We took lots of pictures, so without further ado:

Samantha and Emery have a seriously special bond.  We all loved watching them play together the whole time... adorable!

And we can't go without talking about Emery's love for Gigi.  Her first word every morning from her crib was "GIGI".  So sweet that she knows her great grandma so well!

And it's clearly mutual by all the grandkids!
