Easter with our girl!

We had a great time celebrating with our family over Easter weekend. We drove home to Raleigh for most of it, but I wanted to share a couple pictures of a few fun things we did here in Charlotte!

My parents always hid our Easter baskets on Easter morning, so we did the same for Emery once we got home from our trip to Raleigh...but with a little twist.  She now LOVES egg hunts, so we let the eggs lead her to her basket.
We bought her a couple new bath toys, a Tinkerbell purse and of course some PEEPS!
Trying the PEEPS for the first time.  She's actually not a big fan of them, which is fine by us!

Great idea to follow the trail of eggs to her Easter basket! Glad you got to celebrate with just the 3 of you when you got home. Sure loved having you join us too!

Such a cutie. She loves hunting for Easter eggs. I loved watching her put them in he basket and carrying the basket on her arm.
